I am an out-of-network provider and can provide you with a monthly statement of your session payments to submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement.
My fees for therapy services are as follows:
- $205 individual therapy, 50 minute sessions
- $230 couples therapy 50 minute sessions
- $80 group therapy, 90 minute sessions
Please note: 90 minute sessions can also be scheduled
